We’ve seen a lot of products inspired by the 2012 Olympics but Aruna Seth came up with something unique: a pair of elegant feminine shoes inspired from the Olympics studded with over 3,000 Swarovski crystals. These nice shoes feature feature a color pattern that resembles the Olympic symbols.
In addition, Aruna Seth has also conceived a set of “butterfly platform style shoes”, toned in the gold, silver and bronze colors of the medals presented to the top competitors. Seth has motivated her choice for the £3,000 ($4,200) shoes to be handcrafted by Venice through a small description. She called them “the best place to make women’s shoes”.
Currently on display at the London Harrods, they are quite an attraction for the beautiful sex. Motivating her idea to build such shoes, Aruna Seth states: “We’re delighted to see London hosting the London Olympics. The wedges inspired by the Olympic symbol which represents each of the five continents of the world has been designed to unite shoes lovers internationally.”
Furthermore, there’s an entire list of royal personalities that curiously fancy shoes like these. Among them we found Princess Beatrice, Princess Eugenie, the sister of the Duchess of Cambridge and Pippa Middleton. The list also features Goldie Hawn, Katherine Heigl, Kate Hudson and Katherine Jenkins.
